Workday displays accounting statuses on pay calculation tasks and reports such as

Run Pay Calculation

Payroll Accounting Statuses

Status	Description
Not yet started	The payroll accounting process hasn't run for the payee.
Draft	Payroll results are successfully calculated but results aren't Complete .
Created	The payroll is In Progress . Payroll has successfully calculated, but isn’t yet complete.
Complete	Payroll results are Complete , and accounting journals are posted.

Status	Description
Created	The payroll is In Progress . Payroll has successfully calculated, but isn’t yet complete.
Error	The journal is in error. You need to fix it before completing payroll.
Posted	Payroll results are Complete .
