Steps: Set Up AI Generated Journeys

  • Security: The
    Domain Security Policies for Functional Area
     report in the Journeys functional area.
  • Security:
    Journey Generation
     sub-domain in the Journeys functional area.
You can configure the security policies and opt-in settings to enable journey administrators to generate journeys using generative AI.
  1. Access the
    Innovation services Opt-In
     task.
  2. Opt-in to the machine learning features.
    1. Access
      Journeys> People Experience
      (GA) for General Availability.
    2. Select the feature check box.
    3. Click
      Save
      .
  3. Configure the security sub-domain.
    1. Access the
      Domain Security Policies for Functional Area
       report.
    2. On the
      Functional Area
       prompt, select
      Journeys
      .
    4. Locate the
      Journey Generation
       sub-domain under the
      Manage: Journey Builders
       domain.
    5. Add the security groups that require access to generate journeys using AI.
    6. Grant
      Modify
       access to these security groups and click
      OK
      .
  4. Access the
    Activate Pending Security Policy Changes
     task to confirm changes.

You can view the
Create with AI button
 in Create Journey when accessing the
Journeys Workspace
 report.
