Enable AI-Generated Translations in Message Builder Templates

You can use generative AI to translate message body text and email subject fields in Message Builder templates. If your organization’s subscription service agreement is UMSA, AI-generated translation is automatically available for you to enable on the
Edit Tenant Setup - System
task. If your organization’s subscription service agreement is MSA, you must manually opt-in to the feature before enabling it on the Edit Tenant Setup - System
task. - To determine if you need to opt into the feature, check yourSubscription Service Agreementvalue on your Workday Community Profile:
- Select your profile avatar on Community.
- SelectProfile.
- On your profile page, select your organization's name, which is beneath your name and next to your job title.
- UMSA: Feature is automatically available. You can now access theEdit Tenant Setup - Systemtask to enable it.
- MSA: You must manually opt in.
- (MSA Only) Search for theInnovation Services And Data Selection Opt-Intask and, in theCross Application Servicescategory, enableGlobalization Machine Translation (MT) Services.
- Access theEdit Tenant Setup - Systemtask.
- In theCommunication Tools Settingssection, select theEnable Machine Translations for Message Buildercheck box.For MSA customers, this check box is conditionally disabled if the Globalization ISA is not active.
