Steps: Set Up Gender Pronouns to Display on a Worker Profile
You can enable your organization and workers to configure gender pronouns to display with their name and job title on their public profile. This helps workers feel included and in control of sharing their personal information with others in their organization.
- Set up public profile preferences.
- Access theMaintain Public Profile Preferencetask.Select thePronouncheck box to enable pronouns to display.Security:Set Up: Public Profile.
- Have your workers access theChange Public Profile Preferencestask.From thePronounprompt, have them selectShow to all.
- You or your workers access theChange Personal Informationtask.In thePronounsection, select 1 pronoun option from thePronounprompt to display under the worker's name on their profile and on theirPersonal Detailscard. The pronoun will display exactly as you configure it for thePronounprompt. You can configure pronouns in multiple ways, depending on the needs of your organization.
