Set Up: Contact Info, IDs, and Personal Data
in the Contact Information functional area.You can report on the gender of an employee who doesn't self-identify or who self-identifies as a gender that doesn't map to male or female.
- Edit Domain Security Policies.Set up thePerson Data: Reporting Genderdomain in the Personal Data functional area.
- From theAreaprompt, selectPersonal Information.In theAllow for Countries or Regionscolumn, select theReporting Gender (Worker)field and countries. For theReporting Gender (Worker)localized field, select theActivecheck box.
- (Optional) Access theMaintain Genderstask and theMaintain Genders by Countrytask to verify gender values and configure as needed.Ensure the gender values display on theReporting Genderprompt.
- (Optional) Access theMaintain Custom LabelsorMaintain Non English Custom Labelstask.SelectHR Complianceand enter a term to override Reporting Gender.Security:Custom Label Managementdomain in the System functional area.
