Edit Operating Hours

Set Up: Scheduling: Operating Hours
 domain in the Scheduling functional area.
You can use the
Edit Operating Hours
 task to set the default operating hours for each scheduling organization. You can also create operating hours overrides for planned changes such as seasonal adjustments, closures, promotional events, or emergency situations. Operating Hours are used to limit the forecasted values used in volume-based or metric-based labor mapping rules. Other fixed tasks and fixed activities can reference operating hours.
  1. Access the
    Edit Operating Hours
     task.
  2. Enter
    Default Operating Hours
    .
  3. Create an override to override the default operating hours.
    The override must follow the start day of week and last day of week rules configured for the scheduling organization.
