Steps: Set Up Development Items
Configure security for these domains in the Career and Development Planning and Performance Enablement functional areas:

You can configure development items for workers. When development items are enabled in Workday, workers can create development items to note career and personal development expectations outside of their functional goals.
- Access theMaintain Development Item Statusestask.You can add or update statuses to track the progress of worker development items.
- (Optional) Access theMaintain Development Item Categoriestask.Create categories if you want to organize or group your development items. Example: Creating a course work and training category for development items that involve formal learning.Security:
