Suggested mentors' explicit and inferred skill matches with employees' skill interests are secured to the Self-Service: Mentorship and Worker Data: Mentorship domains, not the Person Data: Skills domain. Employees can view these skills in the Career Hub in the Knows About section on a suggested mentor card, and in the Also knows about section in the mentorship details. |
