While this setting defaults data into the requisition, if you also have the Copy Organization Data from Job Requisition to Staffing Transactions tenant setting enabled, the data defined on the requisition overrides existing staffing data during the Hire or Job Change process. This behavior can result in an automatic change to the worker's Position Identification (ID) to align with the requisition data upon completion of the transaction. |
