Reference: No Shows and Terminations Comparisons

The
No Show
 and
Termination
 business processes provide different levels of control when a worker has not shown up for the first day of work. Use the
Termination
 business process when you've run payroll for a worker. Otherwise, you can compare the 2 business processes.
