Concept: Recruiter Hub
The Recruiter Hub serves as the central workspace for recruiters, consolidating access to their job requisitions, candidates, tasks, and reports. It offers a single point of entry to manage all aspects of the hiring pipeline.
Card Configurations
Only Administrators can configure which cards display in the Recruiter Hub using the Maintain Hubs task. Depending on your configured domain policy and administrator setup, Recruiter Hub users may see these default cards if enabled.

Users of the Recruiter Hub will have access only to the configured cards for which they have domain access.
Navigation and Setup
The Recruiter hub sits within the Global Navigation Sidebar. The hub does not persist throughout Workday. You must click into the Recruiter Hub to use it. Workday recommends that you enable the
Global Navigation Sidebar
. You can relabel the Recruiter Hub, but the new label will not persist throughout Workday.
You can update the card settings and create customized views to suit your business needs. Example: You can configure
Announcements
to display on the Recruiter Hub.
