You can configure settings for knowledge management to manage the article lifecycle functionality.

Access the

Edit Tenant Setup - Help

task.

On the

Knowledge Management

tab, complete the

Article Lifecycle

section:

Option	Description
Show Publication and Expiration Dates on View	Select to display publication and expiration dates on articles.
Days to Notify Before Expiration	Enter how many days before an article expires to notify the author.
Auto-Archive on Expiration Date	Select to archive articles automatically on their expiration date.
