Steps: Configure Worker Communication Cards
- Connect a wellness partner.
- Approve the wellness partner for the worker communications use case.
- Create aSAML SSOlink for employees to access external partner experiences.
- Configure the Benefits and Pay hub.
- Security:Manage: Wellness Partnersdomain in theWorkday Wellnessfunctional area.
You can deliver partner-managed communication cards to employees in the Benefits and Pay hub, during benefits enrollment, and in the benefits and wellbeing wallet. You must map
SAML SSO
links to cards posted by wellness partners and ensure the correct sections are active in the Benefits and Pay hub. Wellness partners use APIs to post and update these cards based on worker eligibility and specific image requirements.- (Optional) Access theManage Wellness Partnerstask.
- On theData Centertab, access theMapping Setuptask.
- Configure the Insurance Coverage Types mapping element for benefits group cards.Workday uses this mapping to identify the correct plans for group cards.
- Access theManage Wellness Partnerstask.
- On theWorker Communicationtab, access the task based on the card type:
- For group cards:Manage Related SSO SAML Link for Worker Communication Cards.
- For individual cards:Manage Related SSO SAML Link for Worker Communication Individual Cards.
- Complete the task:
Option Description Group Card or Individual CardSelect the card posted by the wellness partner.SAML SSO LinkSelect the previously created SAML SSO link to associate with the card. - ClickOK.
- Access theMaintain Hubstask.
- For the Benefits and Pay hub, ensure theDiscover Your RewardsandNeeds Attentionsections are active.Move theDiscover Your Rewardssection higher on the overview page to improve visibility.
Workers can view and interact with communication cards in the Benefits and Pay hub. Cards automatically expire based on the end date specified by the wellness partner.
