Data Exchange and Events

Benefits, Absence, and Claims

EOI Status | The current state of an EOI request. Example: Pending , Carrier Approved , or Admin Approved . |
Connected Absence | Dynamically routes employees to a wellness partner digital experience for leave requests and synchronizes claim data. |
Absence Classification | Determines how a request is processed and routed. Example: Leave Type . |
Claim ID | A unique identifier assigned by a Wellness Partner for a leave or absence claim, used for tracking in Workday. |
