Enrollment Overview	Enrollment Rate The percentage of employees enrolled in plans. The change in percentage of employee plan enrollment over the past year. Dependents Enrolled The amount of dependents enrolled in a plan. The change in percentage of dependent plan enrollment over the past year. Total Enrolled The total amount of employees and dependents enrolled in plans. The change in percentage of employees and dependent plan enrollment combined over the past year. Enrolled Employees The amount of employees enrolled in plans. The change in percentage of employee plan enrollment over the past year. Eligible Employees The amount of employees eligible for plans. The change in percentage of employees eligible for plans over the past year. Unenrolled Employees The amount of employees that aren't enrolled in plans. The change in percentage of employees that aren't eligible for plans over the year. Enrollment Over Time - A scatter chart that depicts and compares the amount of enrolled employees, eligible employees, and unenrolled employees over time. Coverage Types - A donut chart that displays the different coverage types that comprise all enrollments.
Enrollment By Provider	This section displays separate cards for each plan provider. In each card, Workday displays: Employees - The total amount of employees enrolled in a provider's plans. Dependents - The total amount of dependents enrolled in a provider's plans. Percentage of Total Enrolled - The percentage of all enrolled employees and dependents who are enrolled in a provider's plans.
Employee Demographics	Age of Enrolled Employees - A clustered column chart that displays and compares employee plan enrollments for different age ranges. You can also view and compare plan enrollments by gender.
Dependent Demographics	Age of Enrolled Dependents - A clustered column chart that displays and compares dependent plan enrollments for different age ranges. You can also view and compare plan enrollments by gender.
