Steps: Set Up Positive Pay Files
For fraud prevention purposes, you can send positive pay files with details of in-house and outsourced checks issued from your account to your financial institution using the:

You can configure positive pay files to include:

- (Optional) Configure thePayment Printing Eventbusiness process and security policy in the Banking and Settlement and Core Payroll functional areas.To create positive pay files when you print checks and send them to your financial institution, add anIntegrationstep and configure thePositive Pay Banking File (EIB)integration.Workday automatically triggers thePayment Printing Eventevent when thePrint Checks Taskbusiness process event completes.
