Steps: Create Snippets in Service Catalog
Create a quote.
Create a service catalog.
Snippets enable your CPQ Administrator to create pre-configured service related content that you can embed into quote documents to generate business-wide service agreements automatically as part of the quote document. For example, you can define snippets for service agreements that have standard business language such as Terms & Conditions, Scope, Legal Disclaimers.
You must first define snippet categories, then add it to a service in the catalog to be able to create snippets for a category. To include snippet content in the printed PDF file, ensure to place the snippet in the desired location of the document template while reviewing the quote document.
You can add multiple snippets but only 1 snippet category to each service catalog item.
