Set Up a Mastercard Corporate Card Feed

Set up real-time credit card authorizations.
You can set up a corporate card feed to Astrada, Workday’s subprocessor, to enroll your card program to receive real-time authorizations from Mastercard.
  1. Set Up a Mastercard SmartData Feed.
    You can set up a Mastercard SmartData corporate card feed to Astrada, Workday’s subprocessor, to bulk enroll your cards and share credit card authorization related data with Workday.
    This is in addition to the CDF3 file already sent to Workday, which is a prerequisite to this step.
    To initiate the corporate card data feed set up:
    1. Reach out to your issuing bank relationship manager.
    2. Ask them to set up a corporate card data feed to be sent directly to Astrada.
    3. (Optional) Use this email template to make the request:

      I’m requesting the setup of a Mastercard corporate card data feed to Astrada (Workday’s subprocessor). This will be a new feed in addition to our existing CDF3 file sent to Workday.
      Required Configuration:
      Astrada has a preconfigured endpoint with SmartData. Please select "Astrada" within the SmartData portal to set up the feed. For your reference, this guide outlines the configuration details.
      Once you have completed this set up, please send me the related DeliveryID.

  2. Obtain the Delivery ID from your bank.
    Mastercard generates a unique Delivery ID for each data feed for your card program. You need the Delivery ID to activate your feed in Workday. Upon enabling your data feed, the bank will share the Delivery ID with you.
  3. Set up the
    Webhooks Framework Hub
     in Workday, providing a centralized location to navigate to the
    Maintain Real Time Transactions
     task. This task enables you to register the Delivery ID and enroll your credit card program to receive real time authorizations.
  4. Register the Delivery ID to connect your Workday tenant to the Mastercard corporate card feed through Astrada, a Workday subprocessor.
