Configure Link to Third-Party Travel Site

You can configure the
Overview
page of the Expenses Hub to display a section with a direct link from Workday to your preferred third-party travel booking tool. - Access theMaintain Quicklinkstask.
- Add a new row and enter theNameandURLof your chosen third-party travel site. Example:Egencia UK; https://www.egencia.co.uk/en.
- Access theMaintain Hubstask.
- Click theAdd Custom Action Sectionbutton.
- On theExpenses Hubrow, select .
- Click theManage Quick Actionsbutton.
- Click theCreate Quick Actionssection button.
- Enter aName. Example:Travel Tools.
- Under theActionscolumn of theQuick Actions Sectiongrid, click the drop down arrow and clickEdit.
- On theEdit Quick Actions Detailpage, add a new row.
- From theActioncolumn prompt on the new row, selectCreate Quick Action.
- Enter aLabel. Example:Egencia UK.
- From theCondition Ruleprompt, select1+1 Always True.
- From theExternal Linkprompt, select the travel site quick link you created. Example:Egencia UK.
- Click theView Overview Configurationbutton.
- Add a new row to theConfigured Section and Cardsgrid.
