Added a workforce planning configuration manager prerequisite that it must have overlapping positions filtered out of your roster sheet.

Manage Workforce Planning Configurations	Added to Step 7 Configure Filters row that if you plan to use this application for headcount planning, you must filter out overlapping positions so that you exclude them from the roster sheet.
