- The Adaptive Planning instance list gets dynamically populated based on the user’s access in the multi-instance hierarchy. If you don’t see an Adaptive Planning instance, it means that you are not part of the User Provisioning Workspace (UPW) provisioning group for that Instance.

- The Adaptive Planning instance name is coming from field in Adaptive Planning. After configuring UPAS, you can't change the instance name.
- Which Adaptive Planning instances get displayed on the Workday Home page menu?
- Based on user provisioning workspace policy configuration, you can only see the Adaptive Planning instances that you have access to.
