Modeling

Area	Limit
Modeled sheets	200 columns for each sheet. For better usability, we recommend fewer than 100 columns. 15 active validation rules. 128 characters in validation rule help text. 65 characters in a validation rule name.
Cube sheets	10 custom dimensions on each cube sheet. 120 billion intersections in each cube sheet. 250 million facts in each cube sheet.
Levels	100,000 levels.
Custom dimension values	1,000,000 values for each custom dimension.

Scenarios

Area	Limit
Versions	15 scenarios across versions for each user. 2000 sheet saves per scenario across all users who have access to the scenario. 5,000 scenarios per instance.

Sheets

Cell data entry	2048 characters for text cells. 500 characters for row key cells.
Cell notes	4000 characters.
Sheet notes	4000 characters.
Contributing rows or dimension splits in Cell Explorer	The system default is 2000 and the highest number you can set is 100,000. You can change this setting in Administration General Setup . See FAQ: How do I view all contributing rows or dimension splits in Explore Cell?.
Modeled sheets	1 million rows. When your sheet includes 10 million or more cells, we disable the Download toolbar button.

Reports

Repeating reports, worksheet name	Excel character limit is 32.
Matrix reports on dashboards	1 million cells per report.
