Change the Report Date

Change the Report Date

  • An existing Google Sheets report with Adaptive Planning data.
  • Security:
    Access to Workday for Google Sheets
    permission.
You can use
Report Date
 as the anchor Workday uses to resolve relative time periods. Workday saves it with the report. You can select only dates that exist on the instance calendar. You can change
Report Date
when writeback is off and no refresh is in progress.
  1. Open an existing Adaptive Planning report in Google Sheets.
  2. In the Workday add-on, select a date from
    Report Date
    .
    If the report has no saved date, Workday populates a date in the calendar window: the current date when it falls in range, the first calendar day when the calendar is in the future, or the last calendar day when the calendar is in the past.
  3. Click
    Refresh
    .
Relative time periods resolve to new calendar labels. Unresolved time periods remain in the builder until the date can resolve them; they do not appear on the sheet after refresh.
