Delete or Change Report Notes and Line Notes

  • Matrix report.
  • Save the report.
  • Security:
    • Access Reports
       permission.
    • Modify All Reports
       permission.
You can edit or delete report notes and line notes that you add. With sufficient permissions, you can delete notes that others added but you can't edit them. Only the original author of a note can edit it.
  1. Go to
    Reports
     and run a matrix report with notes.
  2. To delete report notes,
    1. Expand the
      Report Notes
       section in the bottom panel of the report.
    2. To delete the note, click the x icon.
  3. To delete line notes:
    1. From the toolbar, click the
      Notes
       button and select
      Show in column
      , or
      Show inline
      .
    2. To delete the note, click the x icon.
