Option | Description |

Delete Formula | Removes calculated values from the intersection at the selected levels, account, and version. Replaces with blank cells. |
Remove user edits | Removes user edits from the selected levels and reverts data to the calculated value of the shared formula. |
Drop-down prompt (unlabeled) | Provides a list of general ledger and custom accounts. Select the account to change or create shared formulas. |
Formulas of the selected account | Exports shared formulas to an Excel file. You can make changes to the file and import for faster updates. Click the arrow next to the button and select:

Import Shared Formula | Imports bulk updates and provides a link to the blank import template. |
