Save and Share Adaptive Planning Hubs

Share hubs to make them available to specific users or user groups. How users interact with hubs is based on their user type and access level:
  • Hub viewers: With view-only access to hub content, they can view reports, and workflows but can’t modify hub layout or hub permissions. Typical users include managers, stakeholders, reviewers.
  • Hub contributors. With limited editing rights, they can add notes or content (if allowed by admin) but can’t change hub structure. Typical users include departmental planners, analysts.
  • Hub administrators. With full control, they can edit pages, widgets, groups, and sharing settings. Typical users include system admins, product owners.
The shared hubs becomes available from the Hubs admin page.
Administrators can monitor sharing activity and revoke access at any time.
When a hub is shared with a user group:
  • Any new members added to that group automatically gain access.
  • Removing a user or group revokes hub visibility immediately.
