Interact with Adaptive Planning Hubs

Your administrator has:
Security:
  • Access Hubs
permission (grants visibility to the Hubs section)
  • Access Dashboards
permission (grants visibility to the Hubs section)
After the administrator creates and shares a hub, users with access to it can start interacting directly with the hub content. Based on your user type, you can take these contextual actions from a single location:
  • Consume key performance indicators as configured. You only see the data that you’re authorized to view.
  • Complete workflows with Configurable Workflows.
  • Access links and integration tasks such as Workday Financials Dashboard or external analytics or planning tools. All links open in a new tab to preserve your hub session.
As you're mentioned in comments or workflows are shared, you receive in-app notifications. If your notifications are integrated with Slack or Microsoft Teams, hub-related updates and mentions display directly in these collaboration apps.
  1. From the main menu, select
    Hubs
    .
The Hubs home page lists all the hubs that you have access to.
  2. Select a hub to access it. Example: Finance Hub or Workforce Hub.
The overview page for the specific hub opens up and displays the relevant widgets, pages, and links personalized for you.
  3. Use the Performance Summary widget to view up to four key performance indicator visualizations:
  4. Use the Workflow widget to:
    • Review current workflows assigned to you such as approvals, submissions, or data reviews.
    • Click a workflow item to open is directly.
    • View task status (Pending, In Progress, Completed) and due dates at a glance.
    • If applicable, trigger dependent workflows directly from the hub.
  5. Use quick links to navigate to connected Adaptive Planning pages, Workday modules, or approved third-party applications.
