Reference: Accessing Adaptive Planning Hubs

Hub access defines who can view, configure, and manage hubs.
They use the existing Adaptive Planning capabilities such as access rules and permissions to ensure that users only see the content that is relevant to them.
Hubs access is based on three main types of users or groups:
  • Hub administrators
    : These users typically include system admins and product owners. They have full control over creation, editing, sharing, and removal of hubs.
  • Hub contributors
    : These users typically include departmental planners and analysts. They can add or update content within a shared hub (if granted edit rights) but can’t modify structure or permissions.
  • Hub viewers
    : These users typically include managers, stakeholders, and reviewers. They have view-only access to interact with pages, workflows, and insights.
