permission.Perspective snapshots are static images of all dashboards and charts in the perspective.
Others can create snapshots and share them with you to capture a static view of data
within parameters that they define. When you also have the
Create and Schedule
Snapshot
permission, you can create snapshots and share them with others.
You can find the snapshots you've shared and the snapshots shared with you from . When you don't have access to Dashboards, you can download snapshots
from your email inbox or your Workday notifications.- SelectDashboardsfrom the main menu.
- From the side menu, clickSnapshots.
- From the list of snapshots, click the snapshot name to download the PDF to your computer.From the list of snapshots, you can also hover until theActions menuicon displays. Then, click the icon and selectDownload.
- (Optional) To delete snapshots, click theActions menuicon and selectDelete.When you created the snapshot, deleting it deletes all copies from theSnapshotsfolder of everyone. When you receive the snapshot, deleting it deletes only your copy of the snapshot.
