View Perspective Snapshots from Emails
Email address specified in your Adaptive Planning user profile or a Workday profile.
Perspective snapshots are static images of all dashboards and charts in the perspective. Others can create snapshots and share them with you to capture a static view of data within parameters that they define:
- For Adaptive Planning standalone instances, you can access the snapshots directly using a deep-link in your email or system notification.
- For Workday-enabled Adaptive Planning instances, deep-links aren't supported in Workday Notifications or in the resulting emails. However, you can always view shared snapshots by navigating to within the application.
- Open the email or Workday notification.If your have a standalone Adaptive Planning instance, the email or notification includes a download link to the snapshot. If your Adaptive Planning instance is connected to Workday, you can view the shared snapshot from theSnapshotsarea underDashboards.
- Click theOpen Snapshotlink to download the perspective as a PDF to your computer.When you haven't signed in to Adaptive Planning, you get a prompt to sign in.
- Check your downloads folder on your computer and look for the snapshot, which saves as a PDF.
