Summarize Supplier Questionnaires with AI

You can use AI to generate a high-level summary of all supplier responses for an event. This summary provides a section-by-section breakdown of supplier details to help you plan your configuration and selection strategy.
  1. Access the
    Event Dashboard
     for the desired event.
  2. From the
    Event Questionnaire Summary
     section, click
    Generate
    .
  3. Review the summarized data for each supplier side-by-side to assess capabilities.
  4. (Optional) Rate the accuracy of the summary by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down icon.
  5. (Optional) If you provided a negative rating, enter details in the
    What was missing from this summary?
     text box and click
    Send Feedback
    .
  6. Click
    Close
    .
Workday displays a structured summary table of supplier responses. Your feedback is used to help refine future suggestions.
