Compare Supplier Questionnaire Responses with AI

You can use comparison features to evaluate supplier responses to questions in a RFx questionnaire. This feature uses AI to help identify differences in supplier responses by processing data from data submitted for each question. This enables you to quickly identify differences in responses to questionnaires during the evaluation workflow.
  1. Access the
    Evaluation
     tab for the desired event.
  2. Select the suppliers you want to evaluate and click
    Continue to Evaluation
    .
  3. From the questionnaire, click
    Generate
     for each question.
  4. Review the comparison for specific questions.

  5. (Optional) Rate the accuracy of the comparison by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down icon.
  6. (Optional) If you clicked thumbs down, enter details in the
    What made this comparison helpful?
     text box and click
    Submit Feedback

  7. Provide a score for the supplier based on the comparison and click
    Next
    .
  8. Click
    Submit Evaluations
    .
Workday records your evaluation scores and uses your feedback to refine future suggestions.
