Create Sourcing Reports
Publish or close a sourcing event.
Use sourcing reports to build customized data tables and visualize them in charts.
- Navigate toReports.
- Select a report type from theDatasetmenu.
- ClickFiltersand select the criteria that you want to filter by.
- ClickChoose Filters & Columnsto view the data fields you can report on.If you want to create a report from scratch, clickUncheck Allto clear any checked data fields before selecting the fields you want to report on.For project, contract, and event type reports, you can additionally filter by:
- The report status on theChoose Filters and Columnsmenu.
- Rangeon theFiltersmenu.
- ClickSaveto save the report fields selected.
- ClickRefresh Reportto reflect the changes in the report.
- (Optional) ClickEditorto select and rearrange the columns to reflect on the report.
- (Optional) Hover over any column head and click the arrow to sort in ascending or descending order.
- (Optional) Click the settings icon on any column head to filter rows.You can also remove specific rows by clearing the check boxes.
- (Optional) ClickChartsand select the chart format that you want to view your report in.You can control what your chart displays using theEditormenu.
- ClickSave Asfrom theFiltersmenu to save your report as a saved report.
- Enter a name and description, then clickSave.You can also save your report by clickingSave As New Reportfrom theSavemenu.
- (Optional) ClickSaved Reportsfrom theFiltersmenu to view your saved report.
- (Optional) To share your custom sourcing report, click the pencil icon to edit the saved report and add users in theShare Your Reportfield.
- (Optional) ClickExportand select the file format that you want to download your report in.
You now have a saved report.
Export or share your reports with users in your organization.
