Create a Specialist Company-Wide Access Control Group

Create a Specialist Company-Wide Access Control Group

Administrator access.
You can enable access for selected users to specific question sets and/or drivers at company level. Example: Your Facilities director needs access to the Environment and Physical Wellbeing drivers at company level.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Access control
    .
  2. Go to the
    Specialist access
     tab.
  3. Click
    Add specialist group
    .
  4. Name the group.
  5. In the
    Access
     section, select
    Specialist - company-wide access
    .
  6. Select your question set and driver combinations in the
    Question sets
     area.
  7. Select your permissions in the
    Settings
     area.
  8. Click
    Create group
    .
  9. Select the
    Group members
     tab on the access control group you created.
  10. Click
    Add people
     to select from the dropdown list of employees or by using the search bar.
  11. Select an employee that you need to add, then click
    Add
    .
  12. (Optional) Notify the employees.
