Add New Manager

Add New Manager

When employees use different email domain to the rest of the organization, ask Customer Care to add it to your Peakon account.
Security:

 and
Update employees
 permissions in Workday Peakon Employee Voice (WPEV).
You can have various levels of managers on Peakon, whether they manage direct reports or large segments, such as countries or entities. This task provides the steps to set someone up as a manager on Peakon.
  1. Add the manager as an employee.
  2. Assign direct reports or a segment to manage. After this step, the manager is in the
    Managers
     access control group, and can sign in to Peakon, if the group is active.
  3. (Optional) Add the manager to another access control group, if they need additional access that the group doesn't already provide.
  4. Notify the manager, either from
    Administration
    Access Control
     or from the
    Access Control
     tab on their employee record.
The manager is now able to sign in to Peakon and access the dashboard you assigned to them. If you assigned them multiple segments, they can use the context switcher to switch between the segments.
Managers with access to statistics and at least 1 of these question sets can view a brief introductory tour of their dashboards when they first sign on:
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Engagement
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Transformation and Change
All managers can access the manager onboarding tour from the
Help
 menu on their dashboards.
