Change the Line Manager for an Existing Team

You can easily bulk-update the manager, or any other attribute, for an existing team using the filtering options on Peakon.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Employees
    .
  2. Use the left-side filters to bring up the relevant employees. Example: use the
    Manager
     filter and filter by the previous manager to bring up their direct reports.
  3. Select all employees, go to the editing area and set the
    Manager
     attribute to the new manager.
  4. (Optional) Backdate the values, if the change must be retroactive. Example: the employees started reporting to this manager before the survey started. We recommend that the validity date reflects the real-life start of the reporting line, for confidentiality reasons.
  5. Save changes.
Those employees now report into the manager directly. If the employees are managers themselves, the upper manager now has 2 segments:
Direct reports
 and
All reports
.
