Background
Phone number sign-in allows users to access Peakon using their phone number authenticated with SMS instead of an email and password. This feature provides a convenient login method while maintaining security measures in place.
Access
Administrators control whether users can sign in with their phone numbers. To enable this feature, administrators must Set Up Phone Number Sign In. Ensure employee records include phone numbers.
Considerations
Users who log in with their phone number will only have access to their personal employee data. Managers will not see the manager dashboard and will instead access the personal dashboard.
