Example: Add Performance Rating Attributes
This example illustrates how to enable restricted access control groups to view survey scores for employees based on work performance ratings.
You want to create attributes that enable HR managers to view and report on survey scores according to employees performance ratings. You rate employee performance based on a -5 to 10 scale.
- A numerical performance rating score in your Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Security: Administrator access.
- Navigate to .
- ClickAdd attribute.
- EnterPerformance Ratingin theNamefield.
- SelectNumberas theAttribute type.
- On theSegmentssection, enter-5as the start of the number range.
- Select another row and enter0.
- Select another row and enter5.
- Select another row and enter10as the final numeric value to represent performance scores.
- On theData Accesssection, selectNot requiredforRequire employee consent.
- On theEmployee attributessection, selectOnly those with rights to review employee restricted data.
- On theSegment scoressection, selectOnly those with rights to access restricted segments.
- SelectProhibit further changes to this settingto maintain the restrictions you set.
- ClickSave changes.
To view survey scores according to performance ratings, launch an integration between WPEV and your HRIS. You can also import your employee data through Microsoft Excel worksheets (xlsx) or CSV files.
