Set Up Participation for Exiting Employees

You can configure how Workday Peakon calculates participation metrics for exited employees who exit during an active survey round. By default, Peakon only counts exiting employees who respond to the survey. You can use this task to change this setting to include all exiting employees in participation metrics, regardless of whether they respond to the survey round they were included.
  1. Access
    Administration
    Data Settings
    .
  2. Select the
    Participation
     tab.
  3. In the
    Participation for Exited Employees
     section, consider:

    Description
    Include all exiting employees
    Select this option to count all employees assigned to the round in participation metrics, regardless of whether they respond before they exit.
    Only include exiting employees who answered the survey
    (Default) Select this option to only count exiting employees in participation metrics if they actively submit a survey response before they exit.
  4. Click
    Save
    .
Peakon uses this setting to calculate participation metrics for all active and future survey rounds.
