This question set was initially developed, validated and approved by the ANCC in 2023.
Considerations
- ANCC Magnet does not have a main driver with outcome questions, therefore it doesn’t have a question set dashboard.
- Users can access ANCC Magnet data through the heatmap, driver scores, and question scores pages. ANCC Magnet doesn’t appear on the Curated Insights page.
