Move Custom Questions to Different Drivers or Question Sets

Companies can move custom driver questions between different question sets and drivers. When you move a question with historical data, its data moves with it retroactively. The change in scores is effective immediately, but may take a few minutes to update in dashboards.

If you move a custom question to a standard question set, it will recalculate the entirety of the receiving question set, by adding data points for the survey rounds that the question was part of. However, if you move it out of the standard question set, the data point will remain on the question set's dashboard.

Example: You previously had no surveys with Health & Wellbeing (H&W) questions in May, however you're moving a question that was in a survey in May to the H&W question set. This action will add a May survey round to the score over time graph on the H&W dashboard. If you then move the H&W custom question back to its original question set, the May data point will remain on the dashboard of the H&W question set.

It's only possible to move the questions that target the context you're displaying using the main target setting for the question. Example: If you're in the company context, you can move all custom questions. If you're in a targeted context (Example: A specific business unit), you can only move questions that have the overall target set to the business unit's segment. Note that if you're targeting using the Only including setting and the overall target is Company, only users with company level access can move the question.

You can move each custom question once per hour.
