Set Up a Custom Sender Domain

  • Administrator
     access.
  • Access to your organization's DNS provider.
Set up a custom sender domain so that Workday Peakon Employee Voice sends emails from your own domain instead of app@peakon.com.
  1. Navigate to
    Administration
    Account
    Email
    .
  2. In
    Custom Email Domain
    , select
    Add Domain
    .
  3. Enter the email domain in the
    Add Custom Email Address
     field.
  4. In the
    Update your DNS
     section, copy the DNS records that display and add them in your DNS configuration.
  5. Select the
    I confirm that the DNS records have been updated
     check box, then select
    Next
    .
    You can't continue until you select the check box. Workday Peakon Employee Voice doesn't save the state of the check box, so if you navigate to another page and return, the check box is cleared. Select it again before you continue.
  6. Wait for verification. After Workday Peakon Employee Voice verifies the domain, select
    Send me a test email
    .
  7. Enable the custom email domain.
Workday Peakon Employee Voice sends emails from your domain instead of app@peakon.com.
