This example illustrates how to collect data on working pattern preferences for your employees. You can use this data to plan office space requirements.
As you plan the office space requirements in your organization, you want to gather data on your employee's current working week. You've identified 4 patterns:
- Full week in the office
- 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
- 2 days in the office, 3 days at home
- Full week remote
- Navigate toAttributeswithin theAdministrationarea.
- ClickAdd attribute.
- EnterTypical Work Week.
- SetAttributetype toOption.
- ClickSave changes.
- Within the new attribute, clickAdd segment.
- EnterFull week in the officeand clickAdd.
- Enter3 days in the office, 2 days at homeand clickAdd.
- Enter2 days in the office, 3 days at homeand clickAdd.
- EnterFull week remoteand clickAdd.
- Navigate toScheduleswithin theAdministrationsection.
- ClickViewon your survey schedule.
- Select theAttributestab.
- In theSelect attributessection, select theTypical Work Weekattribute that you created in steps 2-5.
- Set employee response toOptionalorRequired.
- ClickAdd attribute.
- (Optional) Add a customized message:Please help us plan office space requirements by providing your typical work week preference. Add any necessary translations in theMessagesection.
Employees can select their typical work week preference before completing the survey.
