FAQ: How Do I Unsubscribe or Resubscribe to Survey Notifications?

You can unsubscribe to survey emails by clicking the

Unsubscribe

option in the email. Unsubscribing to survey emails doesn't automatically unsubscribe you to other email types. Example: Comment replies.

You can resubscribe by visiting your profile settings, under

Email Notifications

.

If you don't have access to the personal dashboard and wish to resubscribe to the survey email, contact your Peakon administrator. They can resubscribe survey participants through the schedule configuration page. The administrator cannot resubscribe a specific user, instead they can reenable the survey notification for the employees included in the survey schedule.

To unsubscribe or re-subscribe to receiving SMS messages from Peakon, employees can reply or send an SMS with the word

STOP

or

START

, respectively, to one of the numbers below:

It's not possible to unsubscribe from survey notifications on Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Workday PEX cards.
