FAQ: Are My Answers Confidential?

FAQ: Are My Answers Confidential?

The responses you provide in surveys are confidential. We believe confidentiality is essential in order to hear all feedback on equal footing, and to ensure employees feel comfortable raising the issues they feel strongly about.
Your scores display in an aggregated format in manager dashboards and are subject to data visibility thresholds that your organization sets. Example: Your organization must select a threshold for the number of employees that must answer before the team's dashboard of aggregated scores becomes visible. The minimum option for this is 3 respondents.
Comments display in dashboards exactly as you wrote them, and they don't contain the name of the respondent or any identifying information. If a manager replies to your comment and you respond back, your response displays as an anonymous reply. Comment visibility is also subject to threshold settings that your organization must set.
Peakon offers managers the ability to translate comments to the language of their dashboard. The source language for each comment is each employee's survey language and it displays on the comment. Example: If you select Spanish as your survey language, even if you type your comment in English, a
Translate from: Spanish
option will display on the comment.
