Schedule-Level Frequency Configuration for Open-Ended Questions

Workday Peakon consolidates question frequency configurations for Flexible Listening by moving open-ended question frequencies to the schedule level, and updating the Once frequency setting to Only once.

We update the survey management interface for Open-ended questions with these changes:

You can now configure frequencies on the schedule frequency page.

We deliver a new Only once
schedule-level frequency option for non-manual schedules. Applies to all question sets and replaces the Once
setting from question management for Open-ended question set, and consultant view from all other question sets.

We display a new Survey eligibility
section to replace the previous Survey length
section.

Manual schedules now ignore the Only once
(previously Once
) frequency and instead rely on direct per-question selection.

To support these changes, we also add an informational section on the Schedule Summary
detailing the behavior of the Only once
frequency setting.

Question Library Export

Workday Peakon Employee Voice now supports exporting every question set from the Question Library page in a single file. The file's columns vary depending on whether you use the flexible listening question model.

You can now export all question sets at once from the Question Library page. The export covers all languages.

The new export includes these columns:

Question title
, for customers who use the flexible listening question model.

Sub-driver
and Question title,
for customers who haven't transitioned to the flexible listening question model. The Question title column is populated for the ESG and ANCC Magnet question sets, which already follow the flexible question model structure.

The export doesn't include rules for the Onboarding and Exit question sets.
