AI Topics Enhancements

We update the Production date from this release note from 2026-05-29 to 2026-06-22 to reflect the delivery of On-Demand Summarization on the Theme page and Key Segments.
Workday is enhancing AI Topics in Workday Peakon Employee Voice to provide a more intuitive data exploration experience.Additionally, we are updating the calculation logic for key segments and introducing hybrid search and on-demand summarization across the Topics and Theme pages.
We deliver these enhancements to Workday Peakon Employee Voice:
  • Hybrid Search
    : We add new hybrid search capabilities on the
    Topics
     and
    Theme
     pages to improve how you discover related content.
  • We enhance on-demand summarization on the
    Topics
     details and
    Theme
     details pages, enabling you to generate AI summaries of employee comments.
  • We update the logic for
    Key Segments
     calculations to provide more precise data regarding employee groups.
  • We modify the underlying logic for how
    Highlighted Topics
     are displayed on driver pages to prioritize the most relevant feedback
