Recommended Custom Drivers

Feature.
We now provide a curated list of recommended custom drivers within Workday Peakon Employee Voice for Flexible Listening Peakon tenants. These drivers, validated by our organizational psychologists and data science teams, allow you to supplement your employee engagement surveys with pre-defined question sets focused on specific organizational themes.
When you create a new driver, you can access a library of recommended custom drivers. These drivers are built from validated questions and are organized into key strategic themes, including:
  • Burnout Risk

  • Psychological Safety
: Assesses the team environment for learning from mistakes and sharing differing opinions.
  • ESG Impact
: Focuses on integrity, community and environmental impact, and personal safety.
  • Workforce Relations
: Covers career paths, pay discussions, and fair opportunities. Innovation: Evaluates openness to new ideas and trying new approaches.
  • Customer Focus
: Measures commitment to customer satisfaction and the significance of work outcomes.
  • Manager Effectiveness
: Reviews timely communication, manager openness, and the utility of one-on-ones.
  • Team Effectiveness

You also have the ability to edit these recommended drivers after creation, providing flexibility to align with your specific organizational language.

Segment Token UI Standardization

Workday Peakon Employee Voice is updating its segment token components.
In the Administration area, we update the
Access control
groups section,
Attributes
,
Schedules
and
Branding
pages with the following changes:
  • The
    Excluding
tag no longer features a distinct background color. Its color scheme has been modified to blend natively with the updated product palette.
  • The attribute name associated with a segment token is now displayed cleanly after a dash (
) instead of being enclosed within a separate visual box.
We're rolling these changes out in batches, so you may notice certain visual updates appearing ahead of others.
