For Peakon tenants utilizing the flexible listening question model, Workday Peakon Employee Voice now preserves previous question wording as distinct versions when you update standard survey questions.

We update Workday Peakon Employee Voice to introduce question versions, which track specific wording changes for standard questions:

Labels now indicate if a version is
Active
(currently in live survey rounds) or
Inactive
(no longer sent to employees).
The system automatically surfaces the
Active
version with the highest version number as the most relevant text.
You can view the most relevant version in the
Question Detail
header and a full history in the
Question Versions
section.
The
All Scores
,
Driver
and
Question set overview
pages display the full text of the most relevant version when you expand a driver.
On the
Heat Map
, you can view the
Active
or
Inactive
status for questions when expanding columns.

Manual updates like localization overrides or targeting adjustments count as modifications to an existing version rather than a new version.

Note

: Since tenants created in the Flexible Listening question model are new, there won’t be any question versions, so you won’t see all of these enhancements initially.You can access these enhancements as you upgrade to the Flexible Listening question model across the 2026 R2 and 2027 R1 releases.
