AI Topics Generation Enhancement
With this update, Workday Peakon now generates AI Topics insights more efficiently by reducing the required number of high-quality comments. We’ve updated the underlying logic to ensure that smaller datasets still produce meaningful, thematic trends while maintaining strict data quality standards.
We now reduce the threshold required to generate AI Topics from 50 quality comments down to 10 quality comments per round.
To ensure the insights remain actionable and accurate, Workday continues to require a total of 50 comments within the visibility threshold, but only 10 must now meet the "quality" criteria.
Note: Short, non-substantive replies such as "yes," "no," or "agree" are excluded from the quality count to maintain the integrity of the generated themes.
Samoan, Sinhala and Tongan Survey Languages
